Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details), usage data (pages visited, features used), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information). We do not collect payment card data — payments are processed by Paystack.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, alerts), respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on dedicated, isolated databases. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We maintain regular backups and access controls. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We only share your data with: payment processors (Paystack) to handle transactions; infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, hosting provider) to operate the Service; and legal authorities when required by law. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and object to processing. You can delete your account directly from the app by going to More → Delete Account. Alternatively, contact us at [email protected].

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
